Nick Rushby        Jan Seabrook    David Welham

Nick Rushby has been working in the area of educational and training technology for over 37 years. Following a first degree in Electronic Engineering, he gained his postgraduate Diploma from Imperial College in Computer Science, specialising in artificial intelligence applications in computer assisted learning. During his career he has coordinated projects for the National Development Programme in Computer Assisted Learning, directed an international information centre for the use of computers in education and training, led multimedia training activities for PA Consulting Group, and headed the engineering team developing a novel multimedia advertising system for airports and subway environments. He has worked with a wide variety of clients in most business sectors and at all levels of their organisations including consulting at board level. Nick is a Director of Conation Technologies.

Dr Jan Seabrook has been an independent training consultant since 1990 and has over 24 years experience in design and development of training. She specialises in the management, development and implementation of Technology Based Training. Using research skills transferred from her life science background, particular strengths are in the analysis of training needs (TNA), the selection and design of training strategies, detailed analysis of course contents, interactive multimedia courseware design, and the management of training. Jan is a Director of Conation Technologies.

David Welham  is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over 25 years experience working in both commercial and government environments who has spent his professional life in the field of performance improvement and human resources development.   He has a first degree in Administrative and Business Studies from the  University of Bradford and an MSc in Industrial Psychology from the University of Hull.  He also holds Certificates in Occupational Testing (at levels A and B).
